We have had long standing relationships with some of our clients and Communities for the last five, ten and even 20 years. Not only do our Clients stay with us, so do our people. More than 80% of our employees have been with the company over 5 years and 35% have been with us for over 10 years. That is a accomplishment we are proud of and is unusual in this transient business. It allows us to continue to provide our services at a consistent level of excellence. Our main office is located in Sacramento, with both Management and Accounting Services under one roof. Our CFO, who is also a CPA, manages our Accounting department, which includes Property Accountants and assistants. Having our accounting and management services together enable our Accounting team to work directly with our Management team to ensure that our Communities get accurate and timely financial reports. Our company is a member of Community Association Institute (CAI) and several of our managers are certified through CAI. Our managers attend continuing educational classes with both organizations as well as attend internal manager meetings in our office where we bring in industry experts to advise us on new regulations, specific maintenance issues or just to brush up on our skills. You can be certain that all of our staff participates in continuing education classes, ensuring that we have a highly trained staff to assist our clients on a day to day basis.
